America's HOA Central provides support principally through e-mail so that we may accumulate a written record of your account history. All accounts are provided a certain amount of free monthly site update time as part of the design & hosting package; the amount varies per account.

Site updates are processed during regular business hours of 6:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. PST, Monday through Friday, legal holidays excepted. Phone support is available as an alternative, during these hours. 24/7 after-hours emergency support relating to e-mail or server problems is available by e-mail.
